FocusFlow Pro — ADHD-Friendly Soccer Game Plugin is an accessibility plugin designed specifically for players with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It aims to enhance the gaming experience for ADHD players through goal-oriented assistance and inclusive design, enabling them to make better decisions, focus on critical targets and information, and fully enjoy the excitement of soccer games, ultimately redefining the future of inclusive soccer gaming.
Many players with attention deficit disorders face difficulties when experiencing soccer games, especially in fast-paced, multi-target games where they often struggle to concentrate and make decisions, leading to a diminished enjoyment of the game. We hope that more players can fully experience the culture of soccer and the joy it brings, which makes meeting the needs of this group a significant challenge.
To address this, we conducted in-depth interviews with players who have attention deficit disorders to understand their needs and continually refine our design. We discovered that providing a solution for goal focus is a core creative point, which became the foundation for our design plan. Through the soccer game plugin, players can customize the following three adjustments: 1. Target focus handling 2. Camera follow zoom 3. Slowed motion, enhancing their overall gaming experience.
User testing with multiple players with attention deficit disorders:
