King Arthur Flour needed a website that helped move a legacy brand into modern kitchens.
As one of America’s oldest businesses, King Arthur knew they had a loyal fan base. But they didnt quite know what to do with those fans online. They wanted a better way to connect. Increasing newsletter signups, increasing on-site time, and creating a better sense of community. The new site was built to do all this and more. It modernized the company, engaged a new generation of bakers, and created a centerpiece for a baking icon. KingArthurFlour.com has a heavy focus on baking tips and recipes, integrations with social, and even a Baker’s Hotline for those last minute questions. The new site quickly saw a 63% increase in newsletter signups and a steadily improving reduction in bounce, raising the bar for bakers everywhere.
