This piece was a 9x9 brochure designed to recruit top producing loan officers. It provided a broad overview of company statistics, awards, facts, services marketing resources and testimonials from fellow team members. The design needed to be clean but visually stimulating as well as show a side of Cornerstone that is different from other mortgage lenders. A culture and team that they will not experience anywhere else.
