About The Entry

For CES, Clarios faced a critical communications challenge: how do you make invisible energy infrastructure emotionally tangible on one of the world’s most competitive trade show stages?
The company aimed to reposition itself from a traditional battery supplier to a future-focused technology partner powering intelligent energy ecosystems. At the center stood the Clarios Power Management System (CPMS), a sophisticated technology operating behind the scenes across mobility, data, and emerging industries. The objective was not to showcase products, but to demonstrate how Clarios enables the intelligent flow of energy shaping tomorrow.
To achieve this, the team created an immersive experiential environment under the concept “Experience the Grid.” Instead of a conventional booth, visitors entered a living visualization of the CPMS ecosystem.
At the heart of the experience stood the interactive “Battery Monolith”, a symbolic power source positioned within a mirrored architectural environment. As visitors approached, motion sensors triggered choreographed pulses of light traveling through more than 4,000 feet of programmable LED lines, illuminated flooring, and connected installations across the booth. Energy visibly flowed through the space, demonstrating the CPMS principles “Generate. Distribute. Stabilize. Monitor.” in a fully physical and intuitive way.
A major visual centerpiece was the custom DEMSKY Art Car, a Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato equipped with an OPTIMA Batteries ORANGETOP™ Lithium battery. Rather than acting as a standalone hero object, the vehicle became an integrated node within the broader energy network narrative.
The result was a booth that behaved like a living system: dynamic, responsive, and emotionally engaging.
The activation delivered measurable impact: more than 18,000 visitors actively engaged with the installation, while 37,800 attendees circulated through the booth area. Average dwell time reached approximately six minutes, more than double typical CES engagement levels. The experience generated 590+ media placements, 260 million potential media impressions, 84 qualified leads, and 12 strategic OEM meetings.
By transforming invisible power management into a spatial storytelling experience, Clarios successfully redefined its role on the global innovation stage.
