During the week of the Esports World Cup, hundreds of industry gatherings take place around the world. Most of them look the same: panels, speeches and networking breaks. NGSC25 was created to challenge that format entirely.
Instead of building a conference, we built a functioning decision platform for the global sports and gaming economy.
Over 2.5 days, NGSC25 convened more than 1,500 senior leaders, including 500 CEOs across gaming, esports, traditional sport, technology and investment. The ambition was clear: leaders should not leave with inspiration — they should leave with outcomes.
The entire event was designed around one operating principle: remove friction and increase action. Programming, spatial design, media production and operations were planned as a single system. Sessions were shorter and purposeful, while structured interaction spaces replaced passive networking. Dedicated meeting infrastructure enabled over 250 bilateral meetings and resulted in 30 signed strategic agreements and partnerships.
Media was not treated as coverage but as part of the experience. A live studio and media village transformed discussions into broadcast content, reaching more than 100,000 global viewers and generating over 3,100 articles across international publications.
Operationally, the experience remained invisible. Delegates navigated through a central event app used by 1,300+ active users, supported by real-time updates and moderated interaction tools. Despite constant last-minute programme and stakeholder changes, the event delivered zero technical failures and zero safety incidents.
Attendance grew by approximately 50% year-on-year, while C-suite presence increased by 150%, demonstrating the platform’s growing relevance.
NGSC25 ultimately positioned itself not as a conference but as a marketplace for the future of sport and entertainment — a place where policy, investment and partnerships could happen in real time.
The value of the event was not measured in applause or attendance.
It was measured in agreements, decisions and tangible industry outcomes
