This shift resulted in faster page loads, improved scalability, and lower operational complexity—creating a stable foundation for continuous innovation.
A modular component library built using Sitecore Headless SXA fundamentally changed how marketing teams operate. Marketers can now independently create, personalize, and optimize pages without developer dependency, reducing publishing cycles by an estimated 30–40%.
