Center for Entrepreneurial Development Website

The Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED) is an organization dedicated to promoting the success and prosperity of entrepreneurial companies in the North Carolina region. Founded in 1984, CED offers support for new and expanding entrepreneurial companies. DesignHammer has worked with CED since 2015 and has completed multiple site redesigns as CED has evolved to continue to support entrepreneurship in North Carolina.
For the newest website iteration, CED launched three subbrands serving three integral CED communities: Forge (for founders and operators), Accelerate (for investors who are funding startups), and Connect (for partners who support startups through their time and expertise).
Each subbrand is served by a microsite and provides targeted content including events, resources, and access to relevant community portals. Additionally, a branded subsite was designed for Venture Connect, the Southeast’s premier capital summit, hosted by CED.
