Hormoz Marine, a leading transportation brand in Iran with over two decades of experience, embarked on a visual identity refresh to align with its well-established position. The new logo was designed to symbolically integrate four major transportation methods—air, sea, land, and rail—into a unified form, reflecting the brand’s comprehensive logistics capabilities.

Building on the linear qualities of the logo, a design system was developed to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, from patterns to character design and merchandise. A dynamic brand mascot—a frog—was introduced, chosen for its ability to move between water, land, and air, representing adaptability and power. This cheerful, playful character allows the brand to communicate industry challenges with a more human and humorous tone, especially on social platforms.
