Empire Maven’s marketing story was anchored around curated living in the coveted Avenue Road neighbourhood in Toronto. We identified that our target buyer has lived in the area for generations and are looking to downsize without compromising on the community they’ve called home for years. We built a brand identity that captured the neighbourhood’s understated luxury and charming characteristics, communicated a sophisticated community vibe and demonstrated to Toronto homeowners that moving out of their estates and into a boutique residence didn’t have to mean sacrificing their love for the area.

The project’s elevated brand came to life with the website which was the main hub of all organic and paid efforts and served multiple goals: awareness, information and education, fresh content, and lead generation. The consistent branding helped accomplish graphic continuity and created a unified user experience. The simplicity of navigating through the key information on the website, through the menu structure and the sequential CTAs as a user browses through the site, helped us lead the user through the intended community story. Every page had a form which made it easy for a user to sign up without having to leave the page that helped them make that decision, and this action was relayed through our data showing all the pages leading to conversions instead of the usual “Contact us” page. Ultimately, the website was a key component in all campaign efforts to create a frictionless experience for all users that visited and converted as leads.
