Located in Toronto’s King West, The Well is the most ambitious mixed-use endeavour in Canada. It is spread over 7.8 acres and features 3.1 million sq.ft. of retail, commercial, condominiums and rentals.

Marketing Objective: To provide an on-site interactive system experience that is engaging, easy to use, and can minimize the sales pitch while displaying all important information about the community and unit availability in real time.

Marketing Challenge:
With 3 buildings and over 700 units and more than 160 different floorplans, it was critical to have a central system that could keep up with managing the inventory, while being able to display the most updated unit information at the sales center.
On a high rise development, it is typically time consuming to locate the actual unit in the building. Given the different terrace types, it was imperative for the solution to be able to locate the information within seconds.

Our solution
An interactive system visually rich that allows the user to navigate the project at their own will in real time. Our Touchscreen 3D Real-Time App contains an impressive model of the entire city of Toronto. It allows users to easily toggle between buildings, browse all floorplans using filters and locate their unit in situ.
Additionally, the Integrated Presentation App is a sales tool application for sales’ agents, controlled via iPads, experienced on two 4K video walls and two scale models with integrated lighting systems. It is a very impactful sales presentation tool and allows agents to deftly navigate through their sales pitch. The app helps viewers visualize the development and inform them of the lifestyle and key features of the neighborhood.

Results
Our system helped reduce sales times for the sales associates while helping them have a central source of information that is always up to date. This also allowed the sales team to concentrate in guiding the interested buyers throughout the sales cycle.
