The objective was to create a 3-minute animation on the history of chronic Hepatitis B and explain the MoA of antisense oligonucleotide therapy. We start with a background on the progression of the disease and its prevalence, then moving into current treatments and the potential benefits of ASO therapy. This project was created with the idea of keeping the mood and feel of the video coherent whilst also telling a story of the wonders of science. This was done by carefully coming up with the best way to tell the clients narrative whilst also staying consistent with the clients branding.
