Civilian Office of Police Accountability Website

Clarity Partners designed and developed the website for the Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA), which replaced the previous Independent Police Review Authority (IPRA). Clarity migrated the relevant old site content, provided a new design, and enabled dynamic graphing to assist COPA in its overall efforts to promote transparency.

The new COPA website provides a robust case management portal for end users to search and download relevant COPA cases and associated documents. It also incorporates extensive content management tools and database driven architecture for the organization of the website as a whole. Using WordPress CMS platform, Clarity provided a custom-designed website with flexibility and desired features, as well as a distinctive look and feel. The site is hosted using WPEngine. Clarity provides support and maintenance in hosting, backup and recovery, incident response, data ownership, security and compliance.
