We were tasked with marketing 417 East 84th Street, a luxury townhouse listed by The Halpern Team of Compass. Possibilities was the main takeaway and the creative driver for the execution; to show what a 6000 square foot home in Manhattan can offer, while executing in a fun and engaging way. To showcase the unique downtown loft-style in the Upper East Side, a cloning technique was used to reveal a family enjoying the gorgeous space.
